Leading Global Oil Production Company Selects Emptoris Spend Analysis Solution for Powering its Global Procurement Initiatives

(AOC), a Dutch affiliate of Saudi Aramco, with the Emptoris Spend Analysis software to drive strategic procurement initiatives.
